BACKGROUND: A touchstone and safe space for the gay community, weekly dances, doubles dancing, periodic live blues venues for local performers, relaxing bar atmosphere, private area with hot tub for meetings, trysts or general plotting, a place to meet others with similar sexual interests without judgment. As a bar in Devil's Pocket, Howlers will help pull RP away from the main sim of Hathian and ease congestion there. Other event ideas we're entertaining for the future: ladies nights with an all male dancing review, karaoke nights and drag shows.

 

UNIQUE:

 

EXPERIENCE:Though there are several bars in Hathian, none cater specifically to the gay community. Howlers is a place to meet others in this community and offer to and receive support from one's peers. Hopefully Howlers can become a kick off point for the annual Pride event in Hathian. Howlers is also somewhat of a neutral space since already members of several of the different gangs have availed themselves of its services.
