BACKGROUND: To Provide children facing adversity with strong and enduring, professionally supported one-to-one mentoring relationships that change their lives for the better, forever.

EXPERIENCE:On a personal level I am now retired and have the time and strong desire in making this work. I see a huge need to provide an opportunity to connect the youth players with adults. It will provide the players that are not as "hard core" to have better interaction around the crack den with the youth who are in need of a mentor.
