BACKGROUND: I'd like to utilize the current and future sales staff to get involved in other ways. If they grow weed, I wanna sell it. If they can make edibles, I want them to make the edibles for the store. Make them feel like they have a stake in the business instead of just being a clerk. As for events, I already have two in the works. The first is the Munchie Games, which is an edible bake off that will include the Pawn Shop, and The Daily Grind. Also in conjunction with the Pawn Shop we're dong a halloween party called Halloweed! Come in costume and get super stoned, while munching on candy.

UNIQUE: Well for one, it's one of the only places where you can get weed without dealing with a gang, and you know what you're getting. On a more serious note I hope to have staff who enjoy spending time at work, which will draw more people in for RP.

EXPERIENCE:I'm really great at coming up with ideas, as well as supporting others with their ideas. I go to a dispensary regularly, so I know what sort of weed products are available, which can draw interest and bring regular rp. I'm also good at listening, and working through issues.

IDEAS:I plan to do an interview to find out what else the character does outside of just selling weed. Utilize more of their back story than just being a sales clerk. Also team smoke sessions to 'test' new product.

OTHER:HALLOWEED!!!!!! Costumes, candy, edibles, spooky smoking spot with a 'fog' machine which is just weed smoke to hotbox the place.
