Super Chopsticks

BACKGROUND: I want to revive this business, there is a need for it. My goal is to pull more roleplayers to the UNI grounds which might interest rp-ers that don't leave the Hathian sim to join the Uni. A (not too classy) eathouse is one of the best rp hotspots for this. Employees are what makes a rp business roll and create more rp, Lee Yheng is, just like the rest of his family, friendly but very business focused and with his fiancee, Eji Chau, a chef with a uni degree this business is perfect for them.

UNIQUE: I plan announce the restaurant is open in CD chat and OOC chat on a regular basis. ICly the business is of course focused on students because it is to be expected that they will be the main source of income, Lee would take care of the business (financial) side and management of Super Chopsticks and his to be wife, Eji Chau, who has a uni degree in culinary arts will work as chef in the kitchen. Super Chopsticks will not just serve Japanese food. Thai, Chinese, Korean, Filipino and Indonesian meals will be on the menu too, Each day will have a 'meal of the day' with a discount on the regular price, quicky meals can be bought by students with little time between classes. Also, students who can show their University ID will get a 10% discount. Lee might use the business for Yheng-ish money laundering and maybe even as middle man for pushing drugs,but those are future plans. .

EXPERIENCE: I am a longtime roleplayer , mostly in SL. I started in DE around the same time as Ming, later when DE closed I moved to other rp sims but eventually landed in CD, where Ming and Xiao were ( and are) roleplaying, I stayed and have not regretted it for a split second. I have managed a few IC businesses on other rp sims ( bank, bar, club, restaurant) so I know the pros and cons that come with it.

IDEAS: We will have an OOC conversation with newly registered employees, explain the business and it's (our) goals and we will ask him/her if a rp interview is preferred ( I will not force an IC interview , the choice is on the new employee ). The most important thing to achieve is to make new employees feel they are an important and appreciated member of the CD community and the restaurant.

OTHER: Firstly I would inform the Hathian Observer of a grand re-opening. The Grand Opening will be food orientated, of course, think of food stalls, the chef cooking outside in a temporary outside kitchen so everyone can see her magical cooking abilities, I would invite other food/drink businesses to join the event with their own stall, it will be a big food stall market.
