BACKGROUND: IC: Becca's previous time in Hathian was spent learning what made the city tick and how to not get killed by the ticks. She suffered some shock and left for a bit. Her time away lead to her realizing it's a fantastic place, in all it's deviant ways. She worked on her photography and had some images published and now returns with a few bucks and a genuine interest to become a more permanent fixture through managing a "legit" business. The first order of business would be to return to fully USDA approved foods. No more questionable menu items. Life is tough and you need a quick, quality meal on the run. Second to that is to make sure the employees have a manager they can turn to so that they can relieve their mind of the daily troubles and get back to making quality meals for our customers. Third, and most important, with such a central location and having underpaid employees, it's the perfect place for other, say, not so official businesses to find potential independent contractors... drug dealers, prostitutes, cam girls, thieves, and the like. Management wants to encourage outside activities and relationships as to still maintain a legit business, a legit workplace for someone's resume, and all the while still paying the employees pennies and management earning their "fair share" of the outside transactions. Upgrades to the equipment is a must to bring to normal business standards while still keeping the grungy, dirty look we all expect and enjoy. Becca's previous time included the production and limited distribution of moonshine and could make it's way onto the menu, officially or unofficially. Was also able to locate items for people from time to time. Gein Burger would expand the ability to reach out to the community for the location of requested items, and the people to acquire them, but as a middle entity. The business is nothing without employees, and with such low pay and hopefully other opportunities for them go on to bigger and worse things, events and outreach would be centered around attracting new employees with varied skill sets, and of course to show off industry standard greasy food. OOC: Have worked in various positions in clubs, from dancer to host to manager. Am in SL most of the day 4 days a week, and evenings otherwise. Almost always available in some way for a timely response with discord.

UNIQUE: By thinking outside the kitchen, so to speak. Sure, first it's a place to get something to eat and drink. But more importantly it can become a hub of sorts for connecting people and commodities, as above or below the board as they may be.

EXPERIENCE:OOC: Humor. As often as I can and as serious as I can be, I look for or make humor in most situations. If we're having fun then whatever tasks at hand become less like work and time flies. I also have RL experience in restaurants in positions from lowest level entry up to supervision.

IDEAS:Location to a major landing point is an excellent chance to engage new players and wanting a place to start their CD journey. Grabbing a burger and a coke is a great way to start and will expect myself and the employees to engage them and point them in the right, or wrong, direction, for what they're looking for.

OTHER:Free, fresh, delicious food! And hopefully clowns! Would also reach out to other local business and trades to invite them to come and introduce themselves for future endeavors.
