TYPE: Official Business

SLURL: Hathian sim, Main Street

BACKGROUND: The goal is to increase the RP generated in and around it. Should keep the lines of the CD lore. So even if it aims to look fancy, will still be a cheap and dirty spot to get a greasy bugger. The real goal is to bring life into a quite well located spot in the city, through workers management and create fun/engaging dynamics that will appeal to clients and workers. Some ideas are from running local ads and promotions with discounts, to birthday parties for all ages and more. I think workers keep the place alive so interaction ICly as often a possible and wanted by them, with also OOC guidance if they ask for it. My character would fit as a financial advisor that finally has the cash to take over a forgo ten business with the idea of bringing it back to glory and flipping it after or just keep some good income if the business runs well. So my character has the motivation to be nice or mean to the employs to generate more IC revenue, but basically used OOC to choose the RP that fits more each player 'working' there so the place is more alive and joyful for those involved in it.

UNIQUE: I don't think that it should stand out only it should if you compare it to the same business run by others. In that case it should be more appealing with promotions and new ideas, more depth on jobs offered and creating a micro-environment that is rich and open for more players to engage in it. The idea is to run it as a clean business, I think there is the need for a more neutral environment in the spot it's located and mix underground business in the Burger is not a good idea. It really has a great location that could be way more alive. Also a good idea is to make it more friendly for all ages since youngsters usually tend to find it hard to get RP. On that line, maybe will have to talk with social services and offer a nice low rate for low income families or orphans.

EXPERIENCE: Patience, wide RP experience and creativity. I have been role playing in many platforms for over 10 years and that taught me many styles and things that can be done through RP. I still love it because it never gets old and it's just about investing enough on it to get a lot back in return. So I think that I should be able to find the balance with each of the players to engage them more and that in the long run will help that spot to get more activity. With that been said I also accept any advice or tips given for any of the active business owners and administration about what I should do.

IDEAS: ICly: When I'm around start playing with them, from assigning them a schedule (Even if oocly can't commit to it), assigning the tasks or training them on the different areas of the burger joint, goals and branding, like if it was a proper place. But sure trying to balance that out and not be overwhelming. Also depending on the player Jessica can be a more hands on manager or a laid back one, since many need their space, but some might demand and like the interactions withing the work place. OOCly: Been open and letting them know that if they need help I'm there, so I can get a feel for what they enjoy and push in that direction so they engage more in the RP. Or also if they are in need of more personal space just let them be and keep them working with their own style as long as they don't turn the burger into a whore house.

OTHER: Free burgers for all. No fu**** way. It's a business not a charity. Sure there will be promotions, advertisement and probably a week with discounts for group events like birthdays or parties. Tho not many will value discounts as RP money is endless. So the real goal will get some attraction to the place and let out the idea that's alive again to focus in getting more workers so it's active at the opening and after. To make that properly will need some days/weeks in advance to prepare it ICly and manage to gather help from others to do the event properly.
