Bros Bar-B-Q

BACKGROUND: Kaid has lived in Hathian since he was a kid having graduated from Seaside and CU with a degree in Culinary Arts. Having run restaurants already his background is ideal for taking on this establishment. The business will be a legit BBQ place to most eyes but behind the scenes I'm looking to delve into illegal aspects such as money laundering, pushing product for a gang or gangs or even independents, meat not being on the up and up, body part disposal the sky is the limit on where we can go. The more legal activities would be to do cook offs such as chili and wings/brisket, of course meal specials, working with other businesses for supplies and other local establishments such as the bakeries for a dinner/dessert coupon. I would love to be involved with Seaside and the College to do bbq fundraising events. Catering would be offered and when/if a driving permit comes up I would love to add a food truck to take out to events as well.

UNIQUE: Bros is the only Bar-B-Q in Hathian, that lends itself to being unique just in the menu itself. It's location along the highway also helps as there are not really any other restaurants close other than what you might find at the coffee shop. The location lends itself to grab the hungry drunks that come out of Lous or the hungry workers from the garage.

EXPERIENCE:I've been in CD a long while though took some time away while I relocated and started a new job rl. I've been active with the school systems, businesses and gangs throughout my years here. I have managed businesses here on sim as well as run a few of my own. Additionally, I have experience on other sims as mentor, lead, admin and/or owner.

IDEAS:To make employees feel welcome I would attempt to do an IC interview/hiring process with each but should that not be possible would greet them in DM. In character training on the cooking processes and making the sauces to help them feel more acclimated as well as making sure they have menu/prices so everyone is on the same page. Having them come up with ideas for the menu as well as employee of the month not to mention just get togethers.

OTHER:Not a re-opening as the business has not been opened yet but for a grand opening I would do a BBQ for the town in the parking lot. Would have several pits going so the community could taste the different foods. If it would work out perhaps have one of the local entertainers there as well or work in conjuction with the theater to have an afternoon in the parking lot type lunch/movie.
