BACKGROUND: Every employee will be encouraged to take part in all events....from city wide events in offering samples of all our food items, right down to possible catered events such as weddings, baby showers, anniversaries and much more. I'll be open to any new menu items they may have suggestions on. Everyone is important in running a nice place where all will be welcome to come and enjoy something special.

UNIQUE: I have a huge menu designed to make the bakery into something that I feel will bring in more rp business for the place. A Deli/Bakery with a few lunch items, gift baskets for shut ins, and a host of delicious baked goods. The atmosphere will be warm and welcoming...like a farmhouse style establishment. Family friendly too! Everything will be organic, and there will be something for everyone. Regular foods, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and sugar free.

EXPERIENCE: I have been around Crack Den for almost 8 years now. I have helped people with any questions, how to fill out an application, helped them figured out what roles they might like to play, and if I don't know the answer I direct them to an admin. I've been a doctor at HGH where I helped new people learn the ropes, rules and procedures as well as showing them how to use google in helping with treatment for injuries. In HPD I help the rookies learn the rules, show them how to fill out reports, direct them to the HPD guide for questions and how to navigate through RP in accordance with the sim rules.

IDEAS: Advertising our huge, wholesome menu and I intend to run monthly specials on all holiday items. There will be a featured item even month that will be in line with whatever holiday or season during that month. Employees will be encouraged bake and sell the items by giving them a commission on the sales they make. Also, if I use an item they have suggested we add to the menu they will get a bonus in their pay, and the item will be named after them. I'm also thinking of having an employee of the month as well with their picture appearing on the wall, and they will get a free meal each day for free during that month!

OTHER: Yes! I will absolutely have a grand opening to let the citizens know we are back in business and better than before!
