White Feather Asylum

BACKGROUND: I would like to take this business down a dark path, while remaining as 'Clean' as it can be. An example of this, would be to perhaps take in new inmates that the HPD found to be 'Troubled' or perhaps in need of correction. This could be something that is done to a standard for the first few months, and then, start taking the people and giving them the alternate treatments, with the aids of drugs like Acid, and Shrooms, to start making the patients, a few at a time, perhaps believe they are psychotic, or to otherwise experiment on the human mind and see what the breaking point really is. There are real world experiments I could use and put into practice as long as the person driving the avatar consented. For Events, we could hold Visitations, Perhaps keep one floor of the wards closed off for 'Ghost hunting experiences' or something akin to the whole creepy haunted asylum trope. For the employees, well, I would have to say that Lucius would take each one under his wing, as a former Devouring member, that still practices his art, he will instill pride in them, and try to coax out the sadist within. Giving them opportunities when presented, to play with the inmates mental states and conduct experiments. I think my character would fit in as management as he is already one of a broken mind himself. He could find others like him, recruit them to help with his work, and maintain the 'Plausible Deniability' that would hopefully keep the Asylum busy. He will also use the Asylum as a place to satisfy his own intents to occasionally murder someone (Usually an NPC to keep his cannibalistic trait)

UNIQUE: I would like to make this business stand out as a haven for the mentally impaired of the city. A place where, with exercised caution, some of the more sadistic and insane people can work. I would like to see it flourish working with the HPD for a steady stream of victims from the cells, and perhaps the HGH too for their more rowdy cases.

EXPERIENCE:I've played in CD for about 6 years, I have been here for 8 so far, I have free time to manage a business, and I am always reachable on Discord (My Discord is Friends only, so I would need to be added for someone to message me.) As for personal qualities, I am open to criticism and learning new things. I feel like I can be compassionate most times, also I am willing to be a part of writing again on a larger scale like I used to with the devouring and engaging others in a dark asylum style RP. I will also not hesitate to try and nip Drama in the bud. I want to create a fun environment for people.

IDEAS:Firstly, I would make sure to greet all new hires in person, to give them an instructional RP on their tasks at their job. Give them a tour of the place and instill perhaps some form of friendship bond IC. Secondly, I would make sure that they understood the 'Keep clean' aspect of the Asylum. I.E. Making sure they weren't going to be a loose cannon. Lucius wants to be in control of that at all times. Lastly, I will ensure that any who enter the Asylum give their consent to either a regular, or dark treatment, that is on those people to decide for themselves as some people might not like mind games, and just want to serve out their time for their misdeeds, this will entail feeding, bathing, and downtime. Consent is key I feel, to this kind of roleplay. I do not want to push anyone into something they are not comfortable with, even the staff. If someone wants to be a good nurse/doctor, then they can be that.

OTHER:For a grand re-opening, I would see if I could organize a party, perhaps in the grounds of the Asylum, I would like to see someone there act up so they can be arrested, and swoop in to take in 'Patient Zero.' I would like to have the party typically in a Victorian fashion, perhaps a themed party to honour the Old asylum coming into the 'New'
