BACKGROUND: My honest answer is that I just want to help out the Backwaters sim. There's nobody active working at the Sex Shop and it is in need of some management. Simply trying to get the establishment going, I wanna see if I can set up some businesses with other establishments and create some stories. I have no actual reason for why my character would fit as a manager other than that she needs the job and the money, she's already proposed a supply deal with the strip club in Backwaters but with no management around I don't know how far I can take it. As for making new employees feel included I'll naturally have an introduction, keep them in the loop who we've made deals with, maybe send them on deliveries or have them look for other deals that can be made. Depending on how raunchy and depraved the.. employees are, there can be collaborations with as an example; the strip joint. Maybe demonstarting the sex toys and so forth.

UNIQUE: I don't know honestly. I want to get it started since Backwaters is new. Get stories going and let those stories take the business is whatever direction it leads towards. I'll make it obvious that I'm more of a temporary manager with lack for a better word. Should someone with glorious ideas come along I'd be more than happy to step aside for them. My prime goal is just to get the sim, stories and the business itself going.

EXPERIENCE:I am so bad at "hyping" myself up. I'm just very down to earth and reasonable. A bit shy but roleplaying is fun.

IDEAS:For employees I'll have an introduction and inform them of possible deals that's going on, granted it's... not illegal ones, those might have to wait until they are trusted employees! New players, I'll just be friendly. If it's IC I'll maybe ask if they wanna buy a buttplug. 😀

OTHER:I would not want a grand re-opening. I'd just carry on as it is since I'm the only active employee so far. First order of business would be to go secure the deal with the strip club that I've already proposed.
