AnonymoussaidAs others have done - I started a blog. You can read it here: http://thecrackden.com/community/content/journal-entry-hathian-123 It is private writings in her journal - but I always found such things offered a little more depth and insight into an RP character. ---- A worn hard-bound journal, the cover a piece of embroidered plum silk with a stylized cherry blossom held in the teeth of a dragon, sword in one claw. A wide ribbon holds the book closed. This book is kept in a locked fire safe box, hidden in her apartment. (If you plan on trying to steal it, or read it, IM me in game. ALL info OOC unless you were actually involved.) New beginnings I've been in this new city for only a couple of weeks and already I have a job, a place to call home, and most amazingly, a man in my life. Well...a couple of men, but only one that has, finally, taken me to bed. Gods and demons help me if Father ever discovers me - or what I've done. It's been almost a year now and he's not found me. Either he doesn't care, or he simply assumes I'll give up and come home on my own. Not bloody likely. For all that I hold several degrees and am a medical doctor, there are parts of my life I am completely oblivious about. How many twenty-eight year old virgins do -you- know anyway? I was so sheltered as a child, and then all my focus was on school and training. I never went to the student gatherings or parties - the keigo would not have let me anyway, but it wasn't something I bothered with because my studies came first. Then residency...and the complete chaos that is 'sleep when you can, learn all you must, work when your eyes are open'. I didn't catch up on my sleep until I was in rehab after the attack. Then...the scars kept me from wanting to be around anyone. I'm supposedly dating now. How does one do that? I've never learned this particular dance. I am learning, however, that I enjoy finding out how it goes. The writing is neat and precise, the ink dark and even on the smooth page. |
