((As an OOC note. I am an old player, but here with a new character. Glad to be back :-]))

Harlee has been a drifter for the majority of her life. Military brat for her early life with not any real tragedy. Coming from what most would consider a stable and easy going upbringing. She is one that many would perhaps consider a "hippie" with her strange ways and odd beliefs. Never really feeling like she could completely settle at any particular place she has just city hopped once again now finding herself in Hathian. She may decide to stay and put down roots, but it is always possible that she will pick up again to find something new down the road.
