Backstory:  Nero never talks about his past. However, he seems to know alot more about policing than a rookie should.  His bearing and the level of discipline with which he carries himself might suggest that he's former military, police, hitman, etc.  Hell, maybe he's all of the above?  Then again, maybe he's just a cannabalistic murder hobo?

Presentation: He generally presents as cooperative but pensive with a stoic demeanor and piercing gray eyes.  His affect is generally flat, speech rate and tonality is within normal limits and sounds like a generic American accent (west coast).  Nero looks like he is in his low thirties, and his appearance is athletic, well groomed, and heavily tattooed.  He comes across as a cisgendered, heterosexual, white, male whose vocabulary and apparent fluency with romance languages implies a secondary and potentially graduate education.
