She watched the cops from the shadow of the alley, her inky black eyes sliding over each one, her gaze finally coming to rest on the face she remembered from the attack at the TT, months back. Luz had died that day and she had never forgotten the cops face, the one that had started it all and caused him to die, to leave her alone in the world.
