Felix is a private eye from Chicago. He grew up in a normal stable life, and there's little to be said about his up bringing. He spent 12 years as a Army MP, spending most of his time as a Command Investigator at Fort Sam, Texas. After he left the service, he became a Private Eye. It was in this work that he started a case related to finding a 18 year old runaway girl. The girl ran to Hathian. Only thing he found there was hundreds of girls that matched her description and no leads. Determined to find the girl, he's set up shop in Hathian, and works this case on the side, while offering his services to the locals.
