I have always thought that having a place for my character to call home is very important, I've owned a row house, a trailer, a bayou cottage and then land, but lately I feel like hathian could use with a new housing option, I think a great opportunity would be a grudgy project apartment building, I have been apart of hathian for over 2 years and I love it but I just would love to own a property again but I feel like a change could make the rental opportunities even better then they already are. Hopefully it's a good suggestion and some people would also like the idea.
