I am beginning to migrate the forums to a new platform. If you want to maintain access to your old posts and history, you need to change your forum userid (which you can now do so through your user profile) to your SL username. Also, be sure to add your second life username to the "SL Name" field at the bottom of your profile.

AvatarFirstName AvatarLastName
(ie. Nadir Taov)

If you're using the newer SL usernames that don't have a first and last name defined, be sure to use "Resident" as your last name.
(ie. coolman25 Resident)

If you need help or clarification, post here!

Just a heads up ... I will be freezing the forums today and begin migrating over to the new website. The switch over to the new site will take 1-2 days (so by Wed, we should operational).

I'll be moving over most guides after I scrub through them (making them simpler and flow better), migrating forums, and forum user accounts which consist of SL avatar names.

I'm anticipating a rather messy switch over ... but there's no point in waiting on it now! When the dust settles mid-week, users can login and begin using the new spiffy event calendar, get new members to register and begin using the site right away, forums, etc. It'll probably take a while for most of you to adjust to the new look/feel, but it will be a work in progress and your feedback will be absolutely critical in order for me to identify areas I need to focus on.
