((The Marquee is a tenement, but will revolve around RP apartment living. There will be two sets of rules. The first OOC about prim counts and building objects that protrude through the wall. The second will be a RP set, for example there is roof access but since there is no safety rails, it will be closed in RP until they are set up, that doesn't mean residents can't go up there, just IC they are closed. Graffiti will come and go as the building slowly gets improved. Vermin will be a problem. Shaumae will be an IC landlady as well as an OOC landlady. Residents will not be required to participate in RP of course, but it will be highly encouraged. The apartments will open once building is finished, and rental costs are figured out. Currently I am considering the cost of 350L for 50 prims, that is above the average, however there will be RP areas available, including the hallway, rooftop, and maintenance room. The apartment exterior and common spaces will also be fluid as graffiti is put on and taken off the walls, rat or roach infestations as well.)) |
