As part of my background story, Seno is quite wealthy (and for anyone who questions why she'd be in CD, feel free to IM me and I can go over the details of her history and explain that.)

After much thought it has struck my fancy to have her start a little business lending out some of her money, obviously with the intent of making interest on it, and that such a business would do good to offer bail bonding as well. The physical allocation of the business would be in Vodou, where the pharmacy previously sat. She would have several people working for her, mostly people to act as muscle if anyone did not pay up properly, and a few to act as the business face when dealing with court and posting bail.
