Born in Beverly Hills, California, Lindsay grew up in an interracial privileged family as some what of a genius. She was given the best money could afford in all aspects of her life from clothing to education and she had earned it by keeping the strict rules that her parents had imposed on her, finishing high school at 15 and her Masters Degree in Chemistry by 21.

By the time Lindsay finished college, she was pushed swiftly in a marriage and a stressful job that left her with a boring life of work, more work, and wife. This lifestyle quickly drove her to vices that would help. Her first vice was gambling, regularly spending 10's of thousands of dollars on one run to the casino. Her husband put a stop to that quickly by locking her out of the accounts while she sought help. Instead of finding help, she found another vice by cooking her own crystal meth in the lab at work.

This was the last straw. She was eventually caught and lost her job along with most of her professional credentials. With that, her husband served her divorce papers and took most of their small fortune citing her abuse of money. With nothing more than a few thousand dollars and her designer clothing, she gets a tip on a city where she can live nicely for her budget. Little did she know it was Hathian. She branches into a place so foreign to her sentiment, she thinks the whole place is crazy and quickly goes to another vice, a bottle. So far, she has secured a job teaching a CU and a trailer to live in but she is still close to spiraling even farther downwards.
