The lights in businesses around sim are rather scarce. Making it majorly dark for people who use region lighting or basic day/night lighting.

The lighting in the hospital is also way way way over the top and far too bright.

Having a few prims with lights in each building would be great. There are scripts out there that allow you to choose from light types such as, search light, spot light, light bulb. As well as select the drop off, intensity and reach of the light itself.

Having these around sim would really help and having less harsh lights in places like the HPD and HGH would be awesome.
