On Monday, March 14, 2011, The building which housed the servers for the Department Reporting System suffered a major fire at approximately 0001 hours. The files on the system were deemed by department's tech experts as unable to be savaged due to servere damage from the fire. As per the City's District Attorneys Office, All persons that were subjects on the system are hereby cleared of all prior charges.
