hey there

i'm very new to hathian, so please dont behead me if what im asking is obvious and well known, but i was not able to find it out yet, so maybe it doesnt exist: im looking for something like an ic landlord

sofie came to hathian some weeks ago, she got a little job at the diner (not so active at the moment...) and tries to save money for a little apartement to have her own home.
now what im looking for is, if there is somebody out there who plays a landlord. i dont realy think about realy getting a home in cd at the moment, but ic sofie lives there and will have to pay rent and all. And as she only earns minimum wages at a certain diner, she might very well be in trouble paying her rent and stuff like that. and as there are many people out there paying rent and beeing short with money, i guess a landlord bugging people about rent, sending people to collect rent and stuff like that would be a good opportunity for rp interaction.

obviously i can pretend that there is a landlord after my money and stuff like that, it can be a npc, sure. but i would think, it could have some potential for a player and might enrich hathian...
