I just put my 1024 plot directly next to the beach sewage pond up for sale. It's a really amazing spot right smack at the border to Hathian. I'd keep it, but I'm trying to fund another building project in the Den, as well as an alt I've been making. I am even including the beach shack, fence, and a couple furniture items.
