Observations: Subject was brought to a local medical clinic as an orphan. Initially, we believed she would be best suited in a child placement program; but, upon reaching puberty, subject became easily agitated and alarmed.

Subject was assigned to a local mental rehabilitation facility. Medication seemed to prove successful at first. The subject then began to exhibit violent tendencies mixed with bouts of "disconnection" from her surroundings. Admittedly, our initial assessment of her conditions are guesses at best. So far treatments have met with limited success.

Recommendations: Isolation and restraint until further notice.
