Jervis is a crafty, manipulative man. An anarchist, a sadist, and probably a murderer. His years in the Navy Left him bitter and hardened. Despite his nerdy appearance, he is a criminal master mind. More the kind of man who sends others to do his bidding.

He hides behind a persona of a normal working stiff. He strikes most as either a middle aged father type, or a loud mouth uncle. He swears constantly, smokes just as much as he swears. In reality he plots and plans, thinking of how he can shape society to further his own extremist views. He's no fool, and will only share his plans with those he trusts and befriends.

He's potentially a rather violent man, although he has yet to actually act on any of his plans or schemes... it won't take much though to turn him over the edge though.
