Jackson's come to Hathian all the way from Ontario, Canada. He's spent some time in country as a youth, being sent back and forth between his Canadian father and American mother. He's here now in search of his sister, a young woman who he's abused so badly during their visits together (a habit picked up from his father) that she had to run to Hathian to escape him.

He's left a trail of broken women across both countries as he searches for his sister, and doesn't plan to spare any of the women here.

In a fair fight, Jackson will stick around a few moments to see if he can win. If it becomes clear he can't, he flees. He abuses those weaker than him, and usually only if there are no forseeable repercussions (aka - rarely attacks gang members).

Jackson rarely carries a weapon, save for the occasional knife, for the purpose of having it as a tool for coercion.

Oddly enough, despite his wicked nature, he does crave one thing other than power... Love. At least, his own twisted vision of it...

Jack is a mean S.O.B., but has his moments of mercy. Hell, he can almost seem human, sometimes. Still, you might want to stay away, especially if it's just the two of you alone together in one of Hathian's many alleys.
