Jack, possibly not his real name, has made his way to Louisiana after a 'transaction' went bad, one in which he barely survived. He heard that people could disappear in this part of the country and also run some scams, especially after the natural disaster paved the way. Jack is a con artist, whoremonger, a real dirt bag piece of sh!t. He's talked his way out of most situations, shot and stabbed and sliced his way out of others (he prefers knocking them out then slicing through the radial artery right above the elbow joint with a straight razor. Usually a very quiet method, they bleed out in about two minutes, especially if their pulse is already up). Or he's made arrangements for others to deal with them, whatever benefits him. He's like a cockroach in that way, but sooner or later it always catches up with him. He's hold up now in the abandoned transformer control container in District 8 getting his affairs in order before he does what he usually does, create a façade of a human being (hey, he's funny!), appearing to make a living in legitimate ways while running scams.
