A child of her environment. Kidnapped at the young age of five and brought to Hathian by Jayme Sutherland, quickly she'd be adopted up by Epic Harper. Her life started badly, orphaned at a young age with her brother (Lex) after their parents died in a 'tragic accidental' fire. She was picked up by a Reject, and trained by each and every other reject. The girl grew up to be the perfect mix of them all, psychotic, twisted, manipulative, yet she was one of the rare ones with a heart of gold for those she cared for.

Around the approx. time of the above date mentioned, suspect Jacinda Harper entered the Lower Lousiana Juvenile Correction Facility to visit her daughter - who had visitation restricted for behavior(if needed contact LLJC Security Staff). At this time, I was on-duty as a LLJC Behavioral Staff member when the suspect entered and made demands to see the youth in question, (Inmate Espi Harper). Upon explaining to her that she was not able to visit the youth inmate due to behavioral action taken, she became hostile, screaming and yelling through the lobby door. At this time i had several youth inmates under my supervision, along with Deputy Warden Tah (crazyboi) who came upon a radio call for back-up. As the situation peeked, the suspect removed her weapon and fired - finishing off her clip towards the door of the main-hall way entrance. At which time I called for on-duty HPD backup but they were subsequently re-directed(none were available). Moving to the other lobby-entrance on the far side of the building, I held the suspect at taser-point untill she gave in, allowing herself to be arrested and transported by myself to the HPD lock-up.
