Is it possible that the NPC entry to hospital is improved please?

My character was injured roughly 24 hours ago and sadly there was nobody at the hospital to admit her. I understand that this cannot be helped and so I filled in my form and put it back in the box. Sadly almost a day later my character has still not been admitted. I tried to contact people who work at the hospital who tell me that they cannot admit me because my card is already in the box. Is there not a way that we can do this better please? Can we have a system where all hospital staff can admit you, even if your card is in the box?

It's a frustrating place to be as now I am in RP limbo with no idea when I can even start playing my character's hospital time. I understand that there is a lot of emphasis placed on rp'ing jail and hospital time and I am trying to do that, but to lose a whole day without being even admitted is really demoralising. My RP time is precious to me, as I am sure that it is for everybody else too.
