Vic S. was assisting a lost tourist when an assailant by the name of Vim Opus first shoved then called Vic S. some racial slurrs. Vic ignored the obvious call out, and informed tourist to move to safety. Vim O. then pulled out a shotgun and engaged Vic S. in shootout (DCS).

Vic S. pulled his own pistol and fired on the assailant, downing him after some protracted gunfire. Vic S. suffered some flesh wounds while the attacker was left on the ground to contend with his own fate.
