I don't understand where this attitude is coming from of not coming to Nadir or I when something is wrong. Nadir and I are more than willing to listen. Sometimes issues do occur that we can't do much about, but we can't fix or attempt to fix what we don't know is an issue.

Yes, Nadir and I are the owners, but we aren't deaf. Like I said, we don't know if there is a problem or an issue unless you tell us.

So please, please, please, PLEASE..........let's stop and get over this "I'm not talking to them" attitude and start speaking up.
