Cheech Diabolito spent 9 years of prison. The world changed a lot during that time. He does not grasp the concept of "woke" or understand he is a misogamist, or most of his outdated views of life based on the machismo male role in traditional Mexican Culture. Under the supervision of an HPD Officer  he lost a bet that requires him to attempt to take lessons to bring him into the year 2022. He has harassed and marginalized countless women in town and you will be doing everyone a favor and maybe he can learn to at least pretend to be sensitive and find some baby mamas and all he secretly wants. The only rule he has is that none of this is taken OOC. He doesn't like to talk a lot OOC and doesn't want his IC responses to end up in an OOC debate and that just kills the RP. Cheech in RL is nothing like IC Cheech and there is no reason for any OOC on the issues that may come up, you should already expect his responses to be over the top, but he's open minded enough to do it in the first place.
