Seems fairly innocuous, tucked away at that back of that weedy lot where that crazy old brown woman used to live, doing her voodoo or whatever. She gone and died, and now some young version of her moved on in, took that old brick shed and made it a shop, seems like. And if you get close enough? Oh, the scents that come out that door.

Incense, herbs, candle wax, and somehow, it maybe reminds you of a freshly tilled garden, or the woods after a rain. Or a graveyard when somebody's been newly planted.

There's music playing sometimes, drums with a beat that tempts to walk in, look at the curiosities, touch the displays, and maybe... if the owner is present, ask her a question or two? 'Cause rumor has it she does readings. That she knows things. That she can help.

Matters of luck. Of money. Of the heart. Of revenge.

The word's out. Sometimes?
