As some of you may have noticed there have been a few ATMs popping up around town. One on Bourbon by the Titty Twister, one on Hathian Highway by Lou's Bar, and one further down Hathian Highway at the gas station. On the outside, they look like your average Joe ATM machines and function the very same way. You put in your debit card, tell it how much you want to withdraw, from savings or checking, check your balance, etc etc. However, those particular ATM machines come with something a little extra, a bluetooth skimmer brought to you by the OSMC.

What is a bluetooth skimmer? It is a device that scans the electronic stripe of your debit card and PIN, records, and stores said stripe and the PIN to be later uploaded. That information will, in turn, be sold to a third party who will start charging your debit card.

If a player uses the ATM do they have to have their card information stolen? No, this is an optional storyline for those that want to participate.

How much money is going to be charged to my card and how often? That is completely up to you. It can be as little as a dollar or as much as several grand. The frequency of how often those charges are made is also completely up to you. Multiple times a day, once a week, once a month, you decide.

Is the money real that we can withdraw from the ATMs? Yes, the cash in the ATM machines is real. Yes, it really comes from a bank.
