I'd like to request that if/when officers make a criminal record for an inmate and they want to IC'ly lie or make shit up on it--that they OOC'ly add notations in parenthesis that denotes those facts. I'm having to constantly explain to other officers that my character(s) did not actually confess or do some horrible shit or whatever, OOC'ly, because people are blatantly lying on the report forms and not making an OOC annotation to explain that to players. IC lying I totally welcome, but when it causes people OOC'ly to get the WRONG information...it's frustrating.

I think this is something very easily corrected, with a simple note here and there in parenthesis saying stuff like ((she didn't actually confess)) or ((this is a lie. She didn't have a weapon on her. Officer planted the weapon)) etc.
