Hello! I'm coming into the game pretty new, and working out details with my character. I've decided that she's homeless, but there are a few questions I have regarding that. The biggest being- current weather. With as cold as it is through most of the US right now, is Hathian experiencing similar weather? I just checked the temperature listed on the page and it said it's currently 38, I believe. That seemed high- is the temperature listed on the site accurate?

Next, are there any Homeless groups or titles? I'm already a member of CD Citizens and didn't notice a Homeless tag there, but I know there are a lot of sub groups for the game.
What about character run shelters? I saw a couple mentions when I searched the forum, but I'm not sure if any are still active.

And finally- I notice a lot of the characters here have some really unique skins or tattoo overlays to show wounds, bruising, etc. Where are people getting skins like that? I'm looking for some grungy type skins and tangled hair, and Marketplace search isn't helping me out very much.
