Bad things happen in Virtue City... things we can't even begin to explain. Things no would believe even if we tried to explain. So late one night we packed up all our belongings and slipped out of town under the cover of darkness. Each step we took launched us further away from the demons and the nightmares swirling like wild tornadoes in our souls. We never knew when one would stirke again.

After days and days of searching, we landed in a large corn field in Vodou (whoa ~ memories of my childhood village). There a hand painted sign hung on an old falling down mailbox in front of the huge crumbling building. The sign said "Avaliable to any one who will fix-it-up. Contact Owner".

It was destiny. Yes, we can fix it up... Fall is soooo good with his hands! I will attest to that anytime! 🙂 Fall could build and I could decorate and we can have a roof over our heads once again. This seemed too good to be true, so we jumped on it!

Soon we started putting our own belongings after Fall worked night and day hammering and plastering (no pun intended) to make this a liveable situation for us and offices for our agents. We all had a place to hang our hats.

We've already met new friends and have a couple new cases. I think we gonna' stay here for awhile. We have moved four times in the last 60 days and I'm getting sick and tire of it. I need a nest to fly home to. Even a broken falling down nest is better than none. Fall needs a place for his operations and maybe even he will make a whiskey still too... who knows, the skies the limit.

Our land is called Vodou. It sits next to Hathian and Devil's Pocket...with names like that I feel I must call upon my ancestoral spirits to watch over us and protect us in this strange land, they call the Crack Den.
