I wasn't sure if this has been a problem for other HGH workers, but when doing charts on certain people, I am getting an error on submission. https://gyazo.com/c78e9f1bf3bb8d5f738a6409e135e353. It has happened to me on only two people, but it happens every time i do a chart for them. But when I pass the chart to another worker, they are able to put in the chart just fine. Is anyone else having this issue? If so, how do we fix it?

Immediately opening the chest cavity after hooking up the cell saver, the patient received mass quantities of blood products during the surgery, to include his own blood saved by the cell saver. At this point the patient\'s sats had dipped so low for so long, to include coding on the table, it is uncertain the prognosis at this time.
