Currently there is the idea of turning the tunnels of the Backwaters Correctional Institute, the Prison, into a haunted attraction for the end of October.  There is the local legend of the first warden sending inmates into the mine to dig through the rock hoping to find anything to make him rich.  Inmates died or went missing by the scores but no one cared.  Some nights, one can believe they hear the sounds of the ghosts of the inmates screaming within the tunnels.  All Warden November hears is money to be made.

So the idea is this.  Ðress we tunnels up a little to lure in paying tourists hoping to see ghosts, the inmates will be dressed up as scary ghosts, zombies, demons, Pikachu, she does not care as long as the inmate knows how to scare the civilians to make it worth their visit.  Of course, silly Halloween attractions are not the wardens idea of fun so she will be sponsoring a Halloween ball at the same time, Guards are too attend mandatorily so the inmates will be left unsupervised which is okay, there is no escape in the tunnels, what could go wrong.

Looking for inmates who want to experience the thrill of being fed victims inside a prison, lots of places to drag a victim in the tunnels and if the victims cry out, who will suspect it is not a cheesy sound effect or maybe a real ghost.  Limits to be followed of course but we hope the most daring players will want to tour the Haunted Mines.
