Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening Everyone,

Since I have began roleplaying in Crack Den and it's surrounding sims, it has come to my attention that these sims need a prison or correctional institution once more. With all the crime that takes place, I personally feel it would be necessary to do this instead of putting them in the city jail.

Some people, like me, choose to do "over the top" crimes such as murder or kidnapping. Now, in real-life, this would automatically send you to prison. So, why not in Hathian as well?

From what I have been told by fellow roleplayer, Boris Veshnikov, is that the prison was closed due to inmates receiving longer sentences, resulting in street crime drying up. With that being said, I propose that we bring back the prison to exercise the roleplay experience once more for those who commit such crimes.

Here are my ideas:
- Sentence is 5-7 Days Long
- Specific Crimes = Prison Sentence (Murder, Kidnapping, Robbery, ETC.)
- Prison gets placed on a less-roleplayed sim such as the Bayou.
