Group Registration Portal will be released by the coming weekend -- this will be where proposals, including gang, will be submitted for review. It'll be very similar to the way people apply for roles.

For those who have made notecards w/ their ideas, just keep them and you should be able to re-use most if not all of it.

Just to be straight up, I'm going to be very particular and picky about the first handful of gangs I push through. Things that will be taken into consideration is who's the lead, their history, and also, the history of those who make up that gang.

I have also rigged the sims with region analytics which will basically track avatar presence on sims. This metric + future police / medical reports will help determine if a gang member is active or not ... if not, it will negatively impact the gang which has them marked as an active member. As opposite to the way things were handled before, I'm going to actively disband gangs (actually, the system will automatically remove groups from directories) that aren't active so we can get new ideas and leads in.
