I was flipping through the channel a couple weeks ago and came across this episode of Ganglands ... a really good watch for those who are interested in playing gangs in Hathian.

An interesting note in the documentary is how jammed up the legal system is in NO and the community doesn't provide witnesses; literally, gang bangers are let loose within days because of that.

Over the years, we've gotten some pretty ridiculous proposals -- from those who wanted high-tech mobs to full blown mafia organizations. One of the goals of the rebuild is to make the city as authentic as possible. I'm hoping the community can create groups that would be true to their surroundings.
