lexi-ellasaidNow I got your attention -I lied! oops. Maybe her grandma would still believe it though. Lexi is 19 and currently a Student at CU - Freshman after moving to Hathian from a council estate in drizzly Manchester. The eldest of a large family she was used to looking after her younger brothers and sisters, they were not well off. Space was tight and she would share a room with 3 of her sisters in a back street terrace -dark and gloomy and the streets still cobbled, in the shadow of old decaying Mills and factories from the war. A frightened mother and dominant father who liked a drink meant she was often black and blue, learning to fight from a young age. The temper she inherited from her dad didnt help, she would argue and challenge him at every opportuinity, to her shouting and violence is normal. She would protect her siblings from his drunk rages and take the beatings herself. Despite hating her dad -her family was everything she had. When her dad upped and moved the whole family to America - Hathian...she was 18 , could have made her escape and refused to go..but she followed not bearing to be apart from them. She didnt really have anyone else. She followed, and joined the CU as a Freshman, only to pursue her love of art. It was the only thing she was good at, and could afford to do..like a therapy for her when she was led in bed after a beating. The family were strict and catholic, her father couldnt stand any behaviour which would spoil their reputation. This didnt stop her from rebelling -even if it was in secret so her mother wouldnt get the abuse. When she was in trouble she was always her mothers daughter. Being forced to go to church every Sunday was not so bad...it gave her the opportunity to sin, and simply go to church and beg forgiveness..using all her charms to make out she was genuinely remorseful became a knack...The priest would be fooled-. Voila -10 Hail Marys -all forgiven. Since then she has become a pro at deceiving and lying, in order to protect herself and those she loved.
In CU she has already started to make friends she shouldn't - working at the TT and being involved in a few fights has set her off on a bad foot with the Dean and some teachers. She likes the dangerous crowds..and is subconsciously seeking out anyone her family would not approve of. Which includes most of the TT patrons. (If you are interested in rping come find her..or to link in as family would be cool) 😈 |
