So, I've debated posting this for a while and have finally chosen to do so. However I am going to keep it civil.  I have had this happen to me a few times and the places in Hathian I will NOT be disclosing to keep it fair. I have seen people go afk in the IC area of Hathian, that's fine and most go to a corner and put on the OOC tag.. got it, RL happens. However I am finding a few times where I go to rp at a Hathian business, and I drop a line but the other person never speaks nor do they have an OOC tag to tell me otherwise.  I personally feel I shouldn't have to im every single player to see if they are IC or even at their keyboard.  It's supposed to be part of the experience that you can just walk up to someone and RP right?  My big question is who is patroling this issue in the established businesses in and around Hathian?  I don't see it being hard throwing on your OOC tag and saying BRB or AFK, however some just dont' do it and I've seen players afk with an ic tag on for HOURS without moving.  I also personally hate 'tattling' on these players and don't do it in general cause no one wants to be that person either. CD peeps, please advise.
