GROUP NAME: The Rougaru

MEMBERS: Jacinda Bravin, Korey Choche, Dax Carver, Jonas Jameson

BACKSTORY: Our gang's motto is as follows: "We are the fleshy reincarnations of your nightmares, the darkest evils that thrive in the heart of the swamp. We are the heart of Louisianna Voodoo, the cause of your paranoia, your fear. We are coming for you little rabbits." CD Rougarou Backround: The Rougarou was formed by a small group of like minded citizens in Hathian. Most, but not all had criminal pasts, and even ties to other defunct gangs. The name Rougarou runs deep in Louisiana and Voodoo folklore. The Rougarou is the equivilent to a werewolf in many other cultures. Tales of the creature vary greatly, however all are consistant in making it very clear, that getting close to the Rougarou means your death. Symbolism: Snarling Wolfs head, Top Hats, Skeletons, Baron Samedi related (see below) Baron Samedi is the Voodoo Loa of all things fun and interesting: death, sex, disruption, obscenity, and general debauchery. He is dipicted as a skeleton in a tuxedo with a top hat, many times seen with a martini glass and walking stick. These images are all considered to be part of Rougarou's symolism due to the gangs fondness for everything the Baron stands for, and the relation to the creature through Voodoo. Identifying marks: Many members of The Rougarou must maintain the outward image of a normal life. As such there are no colors or arm bands like many other gangs in the area. Rougarou members must either have tattoos identifying their alliance somewhere on their body, or simple wear any object of cothing, as small as a pendant with a tuft of wolves hair on it. Members are expected to know their brothers and sisters. Of course membership in the gang is not neccesarily meant to be kept secret. Organization: Rougarou is run in a unique way compared to most gangs. There is no particular leader, but the gang is governed by its founding members. Issues are most solved by a vote, however each of the founders has their own specialty, and for the most part is free to run their area of expertise as they see fit as long as it betters the gang, and does not impinge on any other dealings. Business endeavors: The Rougarou are knows mainly for their love of the human organ market. However in addition to that they supplement their income by running in cocaine and heroin from mexico, protection rackets, not to mention several legitimate businesses that are owned by members of the gang. Diplomacy & Relationships: The Rougarou acts much like their mythical namesake. They are content to keep to themselves, and away from other gangs, even open to setting up long standing business argangements. However once they are crossed fueds can generally only be solved by blood, or the enemy simply disappearing.

UNIQUE: We are the epitome of all that is rotten, vile and full of magic and wonder in Hathian and the creole culture. We are the true bad guys of Hathian, the ones that lurk in the shadows, that stay out of the public eye but are the people your parents warned you about!

EXP: We are all leaders in the gang and all of us have experience running multiple sims whther it is Midian City, VTM, or Perdition. We are all active and strong members in the Crack Den community and thrive on the gang relationship.

IDEAS: We would love to create new plot lines, gang conflicts and stories throughout the den. We are constantly open to new ideas and love feedback.

OTHER: We have all been playing in the Den since it first opened in 2006 as a skybox and truly feel like this is our home!
