One of Summer's fave "quality" freebie locales? At the Vinyl Cafe small complex of stores, find the one (in a NW corner) called "VINYL CAFE FASHIONS". It is loaded with stockings, thigh-highs and leggings in many colours, prints and styles. They are NOT all free anymore but till recently, most sets were. At present, the freebies in this store are: Candy heart stockings (with pink pumps); ten pairs of argyle stockings; emerald stiletto boots and blueberry stiletto boots.

Note: Near the doorway, is a spinning box---"Click here to join group". I recommend joining as every time a new set of legwear is created, you are notified that they are free for a certain amount of days/weeks. Summer has all the tights and thigh-highs from here and has never paid for any. And though they are made for adult females, they fit child avatars as well.

Also, there are other freebies (spiked black prim toe shoes; British Burberry plaid boots) and (25 L) sale items peppering the central walkabout area. The coffee shop has ambience to go with its beverages & a dance floor & artistic armchair-for-two that is a retro car with headlights. Many treasure hunts for freebies occur here, too.
