Frankie had been in and out of foster and care homes most of her life. When she turned 16 she moved away from Hathian only to return, now, aged 18.

That's it really, a street girl who'll be committing street crimes to survive and hopefully thrive, she's already got some friends thereabouts so expect to see her in a group as well as on her own.
