Hope everyone is having a great summer! I’ve got some exciting news… our home grew a little bit bigger last week 😀

I’d like to introduce our waterfront and marina-themed region: Fishtown

Fishtown will become home to a new K-12 (elementary to high school) RP campus since this region will have a mature-rating. There will also be a very limited amount of land available for sale / rent; the sim has a prim multiplier of 2.00, which means half the sim is being used as scenery, and double the amount of prims have been allocated to the available land. This will allow us to have a more dense build, much fitting to the theme!

In the wake of new adult content policies being enacted by LL, we are doing our best to accommodate everyone, including those residents and businesses which would be impacted when we have to switch ratings on our regions.

For those of you who are not aware, to put it simply, all areas of SL which promote violent or sexual content will be deemed “adult”. To access adult content, your avatar has to be “account verified” (age verified OR have "payment info used" marked in their profile OR have used paypal with XStreetSL). We’re about a month and a half away when this new rule must be enforced. I’ll be writing up a specific article on this topic and how best to prepare.

In the meantime, we’ll open up the land for those interested; school details for our younger characters TBA!
