Nadir TaovsaidI've been noticing a trend in the apps lately where people have said they have found the community (ooc) to be welcoming, helpful, and even nice as their first impression! It's all too easy to sit anonymously behind a computer and be selfish or an asshole. It's really refreshing to see how folks are going out of their way to lend a helping hand and we should all be proud about it. When you first came to CD, what inhibitions did you have? How did you get involved? Maybe if we identify some of our hook-and-sinkers, we can see how we can better reinforce similar experiences for newcomers. |
